The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, made getting around the city EASY. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. I appreciated the CLEAN and well kept rooms.

the breakfast was excellent and plentiful, with freshly cooked scrambled eggs. our room was very comfortable and a good size. the bathroom and shower were excellent, it had everything needed. the staff were very helpful, even with my limited spanish.
the wifi did not work smoothly throughout my stay. this was a slight inconvenience, but not a major issue.

i loved that the hotel decor was beautiful the rooms also were spacious and clean. fresh towels arrived daily i certainly appreciated that. i adored the rooftop pool it featured lots of sun beds for everyone.
the check in took way too long there was no welcome or information given on the hotel. the room was basic no iron or tea and coffee making facilities were available i found that very unhelpful.

The room was very spacious with a big television. The metro station is really close, just 25 meters from the hotel. The room was clean every days. The shower its big.
The hotel charged extra to use the gym and pool. I feel that is not good. The outdoor pool its not good during the winter. It was disappointing that the service charged extras.
